A huge breaking news in the night of this Tuesday (15). According to the Kotaku website, EA canceled the open-world game it was producing on Star Wars.

The news was published by veteran journalist Jason Schreier on the Kotaku site, responsible for the most compelling exclusive video game news in recent years.
Three different sources, accompanying Eletronic Arts daily, told Schreier that them canceled the game, which was being produced in partnership with Visceral Games since 2017 in Vancouver. The EA industry in Vancouver is responsible for the Battlefront and FIFA franchises.
The company did not respond to calls from Kotaku to confirm the cancellation of this Star Wars game.
The game officially went into production in October 2017. However, since then, no content on it has been revealed by the company.
